How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each piece is uniquely crafted, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your sizing and customization details before placing an order.
What materials do you use for your apparel?
JC Customs uses premium, ethically sourced fabrics, including 100% organic cotton and high-grade polyester blends, to ensure both comfort and durability for all our custom designs.
How should I wash my JC Customs gear?
To preserve the quality of the custom prints and embroidery, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the designs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We begin the production process quickly. You can request a change within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes once customization has started.
